SL 5195 [
Specifications ]
Multi-purpose Material
Faster machines need faster resins, so we developed a low-viscosity epoxy
resin matched to the solid-state power of the SLA 5000. Like all epoxy resins,
it delivers excellent strength, accuracy and smooth surface finish while
maintaining optical transparency.
Ideal for:
- Concept models
- Working prototypes
- Investment casting patterns
- Prototype tooling
- Production tooling master patterns
SL 5510 [ Specifications
]
Multi-purpose Material
Cibatool SL 5510 is a versatile, accurate, dimensionally-stable and highly
productive material. For the most demanding applications, SL 5510 sets
the industry standard for part accuracy.
Ideal for:
- High humidity applications
- Working prototypes
- Visual models
- Prototype tooling
- Production tooling master patterns
- Investment casting patterns
- Fluid flow studies of complex internal passages
SL 5520 [ Specifications
]
Specialty Material
Cibatool SL 5520 expands the range of applications for stereolithography
by providing a material that can withstand the rigors of real-world use,
such as snap-fit casings, housings, assemblies, connectors and other parts.
It produces humidity-resistant parts and assemblies with characteristics
approaching engineering plastics.
Ideal for:
- Snap-fit assemblies
- Optically clear functional tests
- Electrical, computer, consumer appliance and camera housings
- Automotive interior components
- Consumer goods and appliances
- Connectors
SL 5530 [ Specifications
]
Specialty Material
Cibatool 5530HT sets a precedent in the industry by providing the highest
temperature resistance of any SL material on the market today - over 200°C
(392°F)! It also performs extremely well in elevated temperatures
for water, steam, and solvents (i.e. automotive, oil and coolant).
Not only does SL 5530HT resist very high temperatures for functional
testing under real operating conditions, it also provides optical clarity
for flow visualization, and accuracy that allows production of prototypes
that mirror the dimensions of the end-use part. In fact, it is the only
rapid prototyping material offering all three of these characteristics.
Ideal for:
- Under-hood component testing
- Hot fluid flow visualization
- HVAC component testing
- Intake manifold testing
- Lighting fixture (housings, covers) testing
- Tooling/Vacuum forming, hot melt tooling, high temperature RTV molding

Multi-purpose Material
Originally formulated for our SLA 7000 top-of-the-line solid imaging systems,
CIBATOOL®
SL 7510's fast build speed and excellent durability helps you get greater
productivity -- and more versatility -- from your SLA 5000 system.
BUILD
MORE PARTS IN LESS TIME. Over
a range of build styles, SL 7510 builds parts an average of 30% faster
than other SLA 5000 system resins. Realize huge performance gains in the
QuickCast™ build style: SL 7510 builds QuickCast style masters at least
50% faster compared to SL 5510, and at least 20% faster compared to SL
5195
USE
IN COMBINATION WITH 3D LIGHTYEAR™ SOFTWARE FOR TRULY ROBUST MODELS. Using
3D Lightyear software's EXACT buildstyle, SL 7510 yields models with superior
detail, and with a smooth (0.003 in layer thickness*) surface finish that
requires minimal post-processing. 3D Lightyear preparation software is
included with all new SLA Series solid imaging systems, and most current
SLA customers are eligible for a free copy.
GET
MORE. With
SL 7510 you'll build durable, humidity-resistant parts that stand up to
the rigors of handling, finishing, demolding, and limited snap-fit testing.
Trim time and cost at every stage of the product development cycle.
Ideal for:
- Faster
QuickCast build style patterns
- Fast
and robust prototype models and patterns
- Durable
silicone master patterns
- Limited
